Enrollment Agreement: Upon confirmation of space availability, we will send an enrollment packet with all of the forms that are required to finalize your child's enrollment in our program. This includes an Enrollment Agreement that must be signed and submitted with a deposit to secure your place.
Deposit: An $800 deposit is due with a signed Enrollment Agreement to secure your child’s place in our program.
Payment: No credit is given for holidays or absences, including illness. Payments our made in three installments for year round programs (San Francisco) and two installments for school year programs (Corte Madera). Please contact Administration if you would like to request monthly payments. Client is responsible for mailing payments in on timely basis, at the first of the month, without reminders. Language in Action accepts ongoing enrollment based on availability. If you enroll after the start of the year, the tuition will be pro-rated accordingly and payment due dates will be determined based on the start date.
Termination: Your Enrollment Agreement remains in effect for the period stated in your Enrollment Agreement. If a student withdraws before the end of the Agreement period, you agree to give Language in Action sixty day notice and pay all remaining tuition up to those sixty days of notice. The deposit is forfeited.
Sibling Discount: Siblings receive a 10% discount.
