Admissions Process

We are a year round school. Our main admissions process is earlier than many Bay Area Schools because our start date is in July (not September). However, some families may not be able to start until September since we allow graduating preschoolers to attend the summer before they leave for Kindergarten.

Step 1: RESEARCH
Making a commitment to a preschool is not only based on 
philosophy, location, and curriculum but also financial and holiday schedule considerations. We are transparent with this information so that you can make the best decision for your family. Please take time to review our policies.

Step 2: ATTEND A ZOOM INFORMATION SESSION Sign up here                      
​After you have researched our preschool, attend a zoom information session to get answers to your questions!

Step 3: TOUR OUR CAMPUSES                  
​Schedule a 30 minute tour of all of the campuses that interest you:

Cow Hollow
Laurel Hill
Noe Valley
Corte Madera

Step 4: APPLY Application to Enroll
A completed application requires a $90 one time non-refundable application fee per family.  You may apply to multiple locations on one application. You will choose your preferred payment method and pay via our stripe payment link.  We will send confirmation letting you know that your student has been added to the wait list upon receipt of application and fee.

Step 5: FOLLOW UP 
You may still have questions after your tour and we are always happy to answer any questions that you might have. Do not hesitate to 
contact us. We are here to help you make this very important decision.

​​We want parents to be well informed before being offered a spot as our enrollment procedures offer 48 hours to accept before we proceed to the following family on the waitlist. 
​
We do not have a set date for sending out admission decisions as we process enrollments on a rolling basis. In January, the priority enrollment period for currently enrolled students, siblings and transfer students closes. At that point, we go to our wait list filling available spots one by one as parents select their schedule and we balance the mix of gender and ages. Due to these variable factors, we are unable to provide an exact number for where a family stands on our wait list.
